I conceived in June

I wanted to let you know that I conceived in June and am expecting a daughter at the beginning of March. There were some early complications in the pregnancy (very high nuchal fluid, which thankfully resolved) and so it totally slipped my mind to send you a message. Needless to say I’m sure it was in no small part down to your handiwork during the laparoscopy, so I just wanted to extend mine & Matt’s gratitude for fixing me up!
