I would like to thank Dr. Alison Wright for her wonderful care and professionalism when I was under her care in October . From the initial consultation ,to the end of my stay in hospital, I could not have wished for such personal and good care. The whole process of talking and learning about the operation that I was to have, and the booking of the operation went so smoothly and I was most impressed by the team behind Dr. Wright. They were all very efficient , extremely friendly and definitely put me at ease. On the day of the operation Dr. Wright explained to me fully the procedure ahead and to what I would expect post operation . Dr. Wright has a very reassuring manner and a wonderful smile that made me feel totally at ease. I am an anxious person generally but I just felt in such safe and capable hands. As I came round Dr. Wright was there to greet me and tell me that everything had gone well and to be in touch with her if I had any problems or questions at any time day or night. I was completely amazed but I knew Dr. Wright meant every word. My greatest thanks. Paula
