Sophie and I wanted to say thank you for all that you did for us. The care you gave us prior, during and after Leo’s birth was exemplary. We felt confident that your advice was expert and that the best interests for Mum and baby were your top priority at all times. Given that Sophie’s circumstances at full term prevented a natural birth, we had to put our hopes and fears into your hands – you did not let us down. The tone in the operating theatre was set by The King himself when seconds before Leo’s first breath, Elvis sang to us: “It’s now or never!” Thankfully you and Leo took his words to heart and a beautiful new life joined our family. The delivery went exactly as planned, no hiccups, no drama, no surprises – a tribute to your skill and that of your team. We have, and will continue to recommend you to anyone considering going down the path we chose. Please also pass on our gratitude to the lovely Lene, who was always a joy to be around, super efficient and one of life’s lovely people.
