Surgery date 9th Jan 2024. I am now 6 weeks post-op and want everyone who is considering a hysterectomy with Mr Barnick to be reassured that he and the team offer incredible care and expertise. I was very nervous going into surgery and as I was being prepared in theatre I was comforted by the whole team: a nurse held my hand, the anaesthetist was very caring and explained each step and Mr Barnick radiated capability, composure and warmth. I had absolute faith that all would be good and it was. The aftercare has been amazing and the follow-up appointment with Mr Barnick again highlighted his caring characteristics and his extensive medical knowledge. Mr Barnick and his team have given me a new lease on life! They will always have my deepest thanks and gratitude.
